Description



From its very beginnings, Brookline Village was a busy, commercial neighborhood. Red brick buildings with old school signage line the streets, where residents can grab a coffee on the go before heading into a few of the boutiques. There are many green spaces, and, in fact, Brookline’s Park Board was the first to be formed in a suburban neighborhood. This board made it possible for the nearby Emerald necklace park system to be formed, where modern day Brookline residents often enjoy watching the clear transition between the seasons. Brookline Village is easily accessible via its namesake T Stop (Green Line, D Line Branch) and several bus lines!
