The house is located at John's Pond (with view of the lake across the street) in a quiet neighborhood with a private beach, tennis courts and even kayaks. The house is a ranch style that was gutted down to the studs around 8 years ago - so everything has been updated. The living room / dining room and kitchen are all open with vaulted ceilings and great light. Slider onto a private back patio and front deck to enjoy the lake. Master bedroom has an en-suite 1/2 bath, two other bedrooms plus full updated bath. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. Furnishings are lovely and kitchen is fully stocked. One dog may be negotiated (no cats, sorry).
